2.0 Contract to Purchase Goods
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will confirm receipt of your order.
2.2 All prices quoted on 'this website' are in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
2.3 You can use 'this website' to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket.  Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

2.4 The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods ordered being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased.
2.5 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the individual goods description. Some multiple items will be packaged together, if you would prefer your items separately please add a note with the order.
2.6 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the accurate colour.
2.7 We use secure payment facilities for online payments, and require you pay for the goods in full, prior to your order being dispatched.
2.8 Once your order has been paid for, changes incur additional charges or may not be possible.
2.9 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated and we withhold the right to withdraw them at any point.
3.0 Delivery & Returns
3.1 We aim to post all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, with Royal Mail. Their guidelines state they aim to deliver between 1 - 3 days but there may be slight delays at busier periods and certain times of the year.  Bank holidays may also delay your deliveries.
3.2 If in the event you should need to return an order please contact us on the details above. Returns will need to be  in the original unused, unopened packaging and in a re-sellable condition. In the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item please also contact us immediately. We do not exchange items, returns will need to be instigated with us and then a new order will need to be placed for different items.
3.3 Treats should be stored in a cool dry place preferably in an airtight container. We will not accept returned products if this instructions has not been adhered to.
3.4 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website. Please ensure you read all the product information and feeding instructions thoroughly.  â€‹
